We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact or demo request forms. We do not run advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.

4. Data Storage & Security

All personal data collected through this website is processed by FormSubmit.co (a form delivery service) and delivered to our secure email. FormSubmit processes form submissions to facilitate delivery and does not store your data indefinitely.

Our product platform (Prosight One + Command Center) stores all footage and operational data on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) — 100% Indian data residency with zero cross-border transfer. This applies to all data collected through ProSight deployments, not just this website.

We use only essential, functional cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or social media pixels.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for 24 months from the date of receipt — long enough to support any follow-up related to a sales conversation or product pilot. After 24 months, data is deleted from our email systems unless an active customer relationship exists.

8. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), you have the following rights as a Data Principal:

Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to Grievance Redressal
Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see below) — we respond within 7 working days.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time — withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Right to Nominate
Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once constituted under the DPDP Act 2023.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when we change our data practices or when the law requires it. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top and increment the version number. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for 30 days. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
