Fire and emergency services are an expanding focus area for Prosight. The Prosight One — battle-tested with police — is being adapted with incident-command workflows for fire crews, NDRF formations and rescue operations. Pilot partners welcome.
These are real sector problems — we document only what the Prosight One genuinely addresses today. We will not claim what we haven't shipped.
India operates over 5,000 fire stations through state fire services. Not one national regulation today mandates a video record of incident response — after-action reviews run entirely on radio logs and crew memory.
The critical 30 seconds before a crew activates recording capture scene context, victim location, and hazard assessment that radio cannot convey. The Prosight One pre-record buffer preserves exactly that window.
India's Incident Commanders receive radio dispatches and field phone calls during active responses. No Indian fire service today has live video from the entry team feeding the command post — a gap that costs critical decision seconds.

Every on-duty Prosight One on the map. Deployment view by station, crew and vehicle — updated in real time.
Tamper-proof cloud archive. Immutable access log. Retention policies by incident type and station SOP.
Officer-triggered and automatic alerts to the duty officer in seconds — with GPS coordinates attached.
Indexed past incidents available to training officers, with role-based redaction controls for crew privacy.
2K BWC · IP68 · 2×3200 mAh · MIL-STD-810G · AES-256 · ProSight OS.
Live stream and auto-upload. configurable local buffer when offline.
ap-south-1. 100% Indian data residency. DPDP Act 2023 compliant.
Live dashboard, incident vault, RBAC, training archive, audit log.
Incident footage is sensitive operational data. Prosight stores 100% of footage on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) — no frame crosses an international boundary. The same AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 transport and immutable audit trail that meets police evidentiary standards applies to every fire-service deployment.

We will not invent metrics we don't have. If you run a state fire service, DRF cell or NDRF formation and want to shape the incident-command feature set with us, we'll build the pilot at our cost — 30 days, on your operations, with our engineers on-site.
Our engineers will spend a shift with your crew — fit the cameras, run a live response drill, review the footage with your training officer. No obligation beyond day one.
